Alesonas goal is to provide high-quality skincare treatments and services to all clients. With the appropriate qualifications and training I hold my skin studio to high standards when it comes to hygiene and the safety of my clients.
I will not offer treatments to clients that I don't see as suitable candidates and provide in depth pre-treatment questionaries to ensure that contraindications are managed appropriately and that treatments are fully understood by participants.
It is mandatory that all clients read, complete and sign treatment questionnaires and waivers truthfully to ensure the safety and responsibility of both parties.
Treatments are to be paid in full prior to your appointment.
Cancellations made 24hrs before appointments are non refundable but can be rescheduled at earliest convenience (within 3 days of appointment date) at no extra charge.
Any other cancelation can be refunded 50% of treatment price or rescheduled at earliest convenience no extra charge.
Deposits of 50% can be paid via bank transfer prior to your appointment and the remainder in cash/bank transfer at your appointment if requested when booking appointments in advance.
When purchasing a treatment through the website, you are paying for your treatment not booking your appointment.
